Job Description
Location: Bracknell and surrounding areas
Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Salary: Weekdays £12.63 per hour, Weekends £13.01 per hour, After 7pm £13.89 per hour, Public Holidays £18.95 per hour
Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants for morning and weekend shifts, with possible additional hours in the evenings. This role involves delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes, including medication management, personal care, household duties, and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage medications
- Assist with personal care and hygiene
- Help with household duties
- Prepare meals
- Provide general emotional support
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior care experience is welcome but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and own car
- Good professional and personal references
- Compliance with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, including Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference, and Employment History checks
Compensation
- Weekdays: £12.63/hr
- Weekends: £13.01/hr
- After 7pm: £13.89/hr
- Public Holidays: £18.95/hr
