Job Description

Edwalton Manor is looking for dedicated individuals to join their team as Care Assistants, referred to as Homemakers. This role goes beyond traditional caregiving; it involves being a carer and companion to residents, providing personalized care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Engage in various activities, from administering medication to arranging family meals.
• Create a comfortable, home-like environment without the requirement of uniforms.
• Participate in a supportive team environment, contributing to the overall well-being of residents.
• Take part in training and development opportunities, including NVQ qualifications and specialized clinical training.

Skills and Qualifications

• No specific care experience is required as full training and induction will be provided.

Compensation

• Salary: £13.15 per hour
