Job Description
As a Care Assistant, the role involves supporting vulnerable individuals to live their best lives. The position offers flexible hours and comprehensive training, with a focus on delivering compassionate care. Responsibilities include personal care, administering medication, assisting with daily tasks, and maintaining client wellbeing.
Skills and Qualifications
- Full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Availability for early mornings, afternoons, or evenings and every other weekend
- Commitment to a 3-day training course
- Ability to obtain business vehicle insurance
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Compensation
- £13.25 per hour (Weekdays)
- £14.00 per hour (Weekends and Bank Holidays)
- Mileage pay at 40p per mile
- Paid Holiday
- Free DBS check
- Access to a Blue Light Card
