Job Description

Bupa’s Ashby Court Care Home is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant to join their award-winning team. This role involves delivering high-quality clinical, social, and emotional care to residents. The successful candidate will support residents’ independence, respect their choices, and ensure they feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high standards of personal and social care to residents.
• Provide companionship and assist with personal care.
• Support the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting any changes.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.

• Commitment to high standards of care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Compensation:

• £11.45 – £12.45 per hour

Other Details:

• Contract: Permanent, 33 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday, 8am-8pm / 8pm-8am (alternate weekend working required)
