    Job Description

    Bupa is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to uphold high cleanliness standards within Bayford House Bupa Care Home. This role involves vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing, and maintaining communal areas and residents’ bedrooms. The Housekeeping Assistant will collaborate closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for residents.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain cleanliness in communal areas and residents’ bedrooms.
    • Ensure resident satisfaction with cleanliness standards.
    • Manage housekeeping supplies and report issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
    • Comfortable working collaboratively with other teams to ensure resident happiness.

    Compensation

    • Salary: £12.00 per hour
    • Shift Pattern: 25 hours per week, including every other weekend
    • Contract: Permanent
