Prestige Nursing & Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role involves assisting with medication management, personal care, household duties, meal preparation, and providing emotional support during morning and weekend shifts, with possible evening hours.

Requirements:
- Prior care experience is welcome but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and own car
- Good professional and personal references
- Compliance with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, including Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference, and Employment History checks
