About the Role

The Male Care Assistant will provide support to adults with various needs including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health conditions. Responsibilities include empowering individuals to live fulfilled lives, managing medication and health needs, and facilitating activities such as cooking, art, and outings. The role demands patience, empathy, and resilience, as well as adherence to safety and care procedures. The position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday.
