    Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid UK driving license and be within a daily commutable distance
    • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
    • Experience in childcare, mental health services, or handling challenging behaviors is beneficial
    • Willingness to work towards an NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner or hold an equivalent qualification
    • Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
    • Basic life skills such as cooking and housekeeping
