Requirements:
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and be within a daily commutable distance
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Experience in childcare, mental health services, or handling challenging behaviors is beneficial
- Willingness to work towards an NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner or hold an equivalent qualification
- Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
- Basic life skills such as cooking and housekeeping
