Requirements:
- Full UK/International driving license with access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Literacy and numeracy in English
- Willingness to achieve the Care Certificate
- Availability to work weekends and between 7 am and 10:30 pm

About the Role:
As a Support Worker with Advance, the successful candidate will support customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions. The role involves helping customers with personal care, medication, meal preparation, attending medical appointments, and engaging in social activities. Each day offers new challenges and opportunities to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and hygiene
- Administer medication as needed
- Prepare and cook meals
- Support customers in attending medical appointments
- Encourage and assist with social activities
- Help customers develop independent living skills
- Perform domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
- Keep accurate records and update care plans
