    Job Description

    Condor Ferries is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their Warehouse Operations Team based in Poole. This role is vital in supporting logistics operations and ensuring the timely dispatch of goods to their High-Speed Crafts and Conventional Crafts. The successful candidate will supervise a dynamic team, including HGV drivers, stock controllers, and warehouse agents, while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and accuracy within the warehouse environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise a diverse team including HGV drivers, area leads, stock controllers, and warehouse agents.
    • Ensure completion of all documentation in compliance with HMRC legislation and company procedures.
    • Oversee stock accuracy and maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security.
    • Plan and allocate resources to meet daily warehouse operations needs.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including ship managers and suppliers, to optimize service delivery.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven people management experience within a logistics or warehouse setting.
    • Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licenses.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to liaise professionally with external stakeholders.

    Compensation

    • Up to £26,000 per annum.
    • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
